Privacy Policy

This page explains what LinkBus (linkbus.co) stores about you, who can see it, and how to remove it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we store

• Your account: your email address and your password. The password is stored only as a secure hash; we cannot read it.
• Your profile: username, display name, bio, WhatsApp number and message (if you add them), chosen template and colours.
• Your links: the titles and addresses you add, and whether each is shown.
• Your profile photo, if you upload one.
• Basic logs: like most websites, our servers record requests (such as IP address, time, page and browser type) to keep the service running and secure. These logs are kept for a short time.

What is public

Your public page is meant to be seen. Once it is published, anyone with the address can see your username, display name, bio, profile photo and active links. If you add a WhatsApp number, it is public too: it is part of the chat link on your page. Your email address and password are never shown.

Who processes your data

• Supabase hosts our database, sign-in and photo storage, and processes your data on our behalf.
• Cloudflare sits in front of the site to deliver it quickly and protect it from attacks. Your requests pass through Cloudflare.

We do not show ads, we do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Cookies

We use one kind of cookie: the sign-in session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Visitors to your public page do not need any cookies.

Deleting your account

A delete button is coming. Until then, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will remove your account, profile, links and photo. You can also change or remove any profile field, link or photo yourself at any time from your dashboard.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will reply as soon as we can.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced by email or on the site. See also our Terms of Service.
