Terms of Service

LinkBus (linkbus.co) lets you make a public page that collects your links in one place. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By creating an account you agree to them.

Early access

LinkBus is in early access. We provide it “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees that it will always work, stay online, or keep every feature. Features may change, and we may pause or end the service. We will try to give notice before ending it, but we cannot promise to.

Your account

• You sign up with an email address and a password. Keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for everything on your page.
• Give accurate information, and only use an email address that belongs to you.

Your public page

When you publish your page, anyone with the address can see it. That includes your display name, username, bio, profile photo, links and, if you add one, your WhatsApp number. Only add what you are happy for strangers to see. You keep ownership of what you post; you give us permission to store and show it so the service can work.

Acceptable use

Do not use LinkBus to post, link to or take part in:

• phishing, or pages that try to collect passwords, payment details or other private information;
• malware, or links to downloads that harm devices;
• scams, fraud, fake giveaways or deceptive offers;
• illegal content or activity;
• impersonating another person, brand or organisation;
• any sexual content involving minors, which we report to the authorities;
• harassment, threats, hate or bullying aimed at anyone;
• attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

Removing pages and accounts

We may hide or remove a page, a link or a whole account, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms, puts people at risk or exposes us to legal trouble. If you see a page that breaks these rules, please report it.

Links to other sites

Pages on LinkBus point to websites and apps run by other people. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, safety or privacy practices. Visit them at your own risk.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using or not being able to use LinkBus, from content other users post, or from third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be overridden by an agreement.

Leaving

You can stop using LinkBus at any time. To delete your account, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or on the site.
